MCC provides Complimentary Shuttle service 24 hours to and from BWI Thurgood Marshall Airport, Light Rail, and Amtrak stations. PET POLICY

We welcome our furry friends. Pet-friendly accommodations are available upon request, please call the hotel directly at 866-900-3517 or 410-859-5700 for further information regarding our pet policy. You can also read our full policy here. There is a $75.00 non-refundable cleaning fee due at the time of check-in and a copy of current immunizations and hold harmless paperwork must be completed.

In addition to securing the services of a leading hospitality-focused support and engineering company to manage our infrastructure, we’ve upgraded our internal cabling to CAT-6 standards, installed 95 access points capable of supporting over 28,000 users and boast a 150MB bandwidth over microwave with a failsafe to a 100MB fiber pipe.

Both wired and seamless Wi-Fi services are complimentary in all of our guest rooms and throughout the property. We offer additional services for our conference and meeting guests such as private V-LAN, web conferencing, reserved bandwidth, and dedicated technical support at competitive rates.

SMOKING POLICY

MCC is a 100% Smoke-Free facility. A cleaning fee of $250 will be charged upon check out if you smoke in your guest room. Smoking is permitted in the designated enclosed smoking areas, which are located outdoors and away from building entrances. The use of e-cigarettes or alternative smoking devices is not permitted indoors.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you must cancel your reservations, please do so before 4pm on the day prior to your arrival. If you cancel your reservation after that time, a charge equal to one night’s room and tax will be processed on your credit card. Please call the reservations department directly at 866-900-3517 or 410-859-5700 to change or cancel your reservation.

RATES & TAXES

All prices are in US funds. MCC reserves the right to adjust your rate to match the contracted group rate, regardless of the confirmation email received. Please contact your group planner to confirm the contract rate. Rates are subject to applicable taxes, surcharges and fees.

SPORTS TEAMS: MCC HOUSE RULES

To ensure the safety and comfort of all of our guests, we have installed cameras throughout the property and added additional security staff for the weekend. We have also prepared the guidelines below to avoid surprises for any of our guests and families during your stay. Please take the time to review and consult with our Front Desk Attendants if you have any questions. We believe you will find these guidelines helpful and reasonable. Please take a few moments to review them.

Room keys will be given to chaperones/coaches at check-in only. No room keys will be issued to youth under 18 at any time.

An Adult is required to be with minors in the hotel public areas and hallways at all times.

Coaches, parents, chaperones and group contacts are responsible for the team member’s actions.

There is a dress code in the public areas of the hotel. Shoes and shirts must be worn at all times.

Fire alarms are for true emergencies only. Any false alarm will be investigated by the Fire Department and the cost of responding to an intentional false alarm will be passed on to the person(s) responsible for the false report. It is also a misdemeanor in this County.

A curfew of 10PM has been established for all guests under 18. Please reduce your sound levels (talking, television, radios, etc.) to a low level for the remainder of the night.

There is no running, shouting, roughhousing or horseplay accepted while on the hotel property. This includes hallways, lobby, stairways, elevators, food service areas and guest rooms. Guest room doors must remain closed.

No sports equipment should be brought into the hotel.

Cleats are not to be worn inside the hotel at any time.

Elevators are to be used for the sole purpose of transporting guests and their luggage to the appropriate floor of the hotel. Misuse and horseplay will not be allowed.

Pool and Fitness Center hours and guidelines are posted in the Guest Directory and in the activity area. All rules and times will be enforced to allow efficient operation of the hotel and for the comfort and safety of all guests.

We are a 100% non-smoking hotel. Smoking in the hotel is prohibited and will result in an additional $250.00 cleaning charge.

Check-out time is 11AM and must be honored to avoid charges for an additional day.

Any guest in violation of these House Rules will be asked to leave the hotel property with no refund. Any and all additional expenses incurred by the hotel will be added to the credit card used to pay for rooms – including repairs and loss of revenue as a result of damages or noise complaints. Cameras are installed throughout the public areas for the safety of our guests. Extra copies of these rules are available at the Front Desk upon request.
