Conference Dining

Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner are served in our 500-seat buffet-style Chesapeake Dining Room daily. Start the day off right with a full hot breakfast buffet complete with made-to-order eggs & omelets. For lunch enjoy fresh fruits and vegetables on our salad bar, our signature soups, grill items, gourmet sandwiches or hot entrees. Before dinner order a cocktail from our Deck Club bar in the lobby and take it to with you to enjoy. End your meal with one of our fabulous dessert selections of cakes, pies and ice cream.

Breakfast

Monday–Friday 6:30am–9am
Saturday-Sunday 7am–9am.

Two soup du jour selections daily, with rolls and butter

Chefs Selection of Five hot items to include two protein entrees of fish, chicken, beef, pork, or vegetarian; one starch; and two seasonal vegetables

Full Salad Bar including Chefs selection of pasta salads, salads, and fresh fruit

Full Hot Grill including hot dogs, hamburgers, French fries, sweet potato fries, and a selection of options including steak and cheese, veggie burgers, and one Chefs special

Full Deli including pre made sandwiches and a make your own selections featuring fresh deli meats and cheeses, assorted toppings and condiments, and fresh homemade chips

Assortment of Desserts including cakes, pies, cookies, dessert bars and an Ice Cream Station

Serving Coke products, Sweetened and Unsweetened Iced Tea and a selection of coffee and hot teas

Centralized Break service

7:30am-11am
1:30pm-4:00pm

Morning and Afternoon centralized Break areas are conveniently located throughout the conference center.
